A limited time café, Le Jardin de Tweed, will be open on the 10th floor of CHANLE Ginza building this year.
This year, BEIGE ALAIN DUCASSE TOKYO, the restaurant that’s also on the 10th floor and was nominated to be on the list of 2-star restaurants by Le Guide Michelin Tokyo Yokohama Shounan 2016, will be in charge of the menu and the kitchen. The always popular meal, GINZA Box, remains on the menu. 30 servings are limited per day. The meal consists of a vegetable puree, beef sandwich with tartar sauce, green salad and, in total, 7 kinds of food. The box is suitable for cosmopolitan women who want to live a relaxingly life and eat lightly. Also, Camellia, a dessert limited to 10 servings a day, is designed to look like the favourite flower of CHANEL founder, Coco Chanel.The delicate Camellia comes in sauces that change every month. If you don’t go early enough, you won’t be able to order the after-meal treat. All the meals mentioned above are available as set meals.
The openness and view on the rooftop allow you to find a space to take a break from the busy city life. The plants grown on the rooftop are trimmed following the shape and arrangement of tweed which is express chanel iconic tweed. To match the plants, tables and chairs are designed to look quite fashionable. It makes everyone want to enjoy tea time at this café to enjoy the pleasant weather, doesn’t it?
